The dissertation is devoted to synthesis and investigation of the helating sorbents, based on high dispersed silics with N,O- and S,N- azoreagents and their complexe with Zn(II) adsorbed. The mecanism of their interaction with silica gel surface was determined by spectroscopic methods. The adsorption and conditions of preconcentration of Ag(I), Hg(II), Pb(II), Cu(II), Co(II) та Zn(II) by modified sorbents were studied. The conditional stability constants of complexes of metals with immobilyesed reagents were calculated. The modified silica gels were established to be applicable to visual test and diffusin reflectance spectroscopic determination of these metal ions in biological liquids and waters.
