3.Femurs of different species of animals. Objective – to determine state of bone tissue in some animals depending on species, age and keeping conditions. Anatomical preparation, morphometry, biomechanical, biochemical, histological, test machines P-10 and ZM-20. For the first time in the world practice complex biochemical and biomechanical and histological investigations of bone tissue in different animal species were conducted. Introduction to practice of veterinary medicine while drawing up manuals and textbooks on comparative morphology and biomechanics is planning. Materials of investigations are used in educational process of the chair. Investigation results increase knowledge about influence of mechanical loads and radionuclides on femur.
