The thesis is devoted to problems of improvement of methods of treatment of children, patients pinephrite, with allowance for clinic immunology of gears of development of disease. In a thesis was marked, that the long duration and unfavorable current pinephrite at children causes violations in corporate communications of cells, which participate in inflamed responses. The features in functional activity pinephrite in blood and urine of the patients of children are revealed. Is offered and approved a way of treatment of children, patients pinephrite, which actuates simultaneous application antibacterial of means and nesteroid contrainflamed of a preparation, at the control by the laboratory tests, which characterize phagocytic activity granulocyt in urine.
