Joint-stock companies of Crimea, organs of their management, participants of the corporate relations, organs of state management and monitoring; increase of efficiency of operation of a corporate sector of economy, activity of organs of management in joint-stock companies of Crimea and development of the recommendations on perfecting corporate management; the economy-statistical, classification, system and normative - legal methods are used; a main theoretical and practical outcome is the development for the first time in a complex of problems of interaction of the various participants of the corporate relations and corporate management of such important region as Crimea; the generalization of an economic essence and principles of corporate management, it's indications, mechanisms and tools of a realization is carried out; the outcomes of a research are introduced in activity of joint-stock companies, are accepted for use by Royal Demesne Fund of Ukraine, Ministerial Council and Royal Demesne Fund o f Crimea.
