In work the geological structure gold of a deposit "Mayske" is considered. Are defined it a geological-structural position, structure, material structure, distribution and interior structure lode of zones. The performance of breeds of a deposit is given petrography and petrochemistry. Are carried out mineralogy and mineralo-physical researches lode of minerals. Are circumscribed lode-containing metasomatites. The complex of search-retrieval criterions and indications gold implement is developed. The basic outcomes of a thesis may be used for gold prospecting in the Ukrainian shield.
