Didymium-iron-boron system alloys and permanent magnets. Physical regularities of magnetic properties formation during sintering of didymium - iron - boron alloys and subsequent thermal treatment of magnets. X-ray srtucture, X-ray spectral, metallographic, magnetometric analyses, DSC method, electron microscopy. Equipment: diffractometer ДРОН-3М; ВУП-5; optical microscopes EPIQUANT, МИМ-8; ПМТ-3; raster-type electronic microscope РЭММА-202; ПМТ-3; laboratory hysteresimeter; PC PENTIUM. The influence of chemical, phase structure and structural parameters on properties of Dd-Fe-B magnets is investigated. The features of structural - phase state formation are considered during sintering and after a various kind of thermal influence on magnets based on Dd-Fe-B alloys. The temperature modes for sintering of alloys with various chemical composition and thermal influence upon magnets are determined. The model of structure formation is developed and the mechanisms of coercitivity in magnets Dd-Fe-B at differen t stages of their manufacture are determined. An application: of permanent magnets manufacture.
