The dissertation is devoted to a research of processes of deriving and processing of measuring data with tow-sounds complexes and distributed thermoprofilemeters, and also analysis of an error of spatially - temporary digitization of measurements of parameters of a marine medium. The purpose of a research is the development of algorithmically - program methods of planning, reception, processing, map and registration of a measuring information from contact oceanographic devices.
