Essay

Observations of the Sun of 1925-1982 and collected experimental data was processed by modern theoretical and methodical investigations for studying of the effect of non-precessional equinox motion. New estimates the orientation parameters are obtaned, the dependence of the values of the effect on the planets' distances are discovered, disagreement between ICRS and DE403 coordinate systems is detected. Obtained results canl be used for building high-precise coordinate systems.
