Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of rehabilitation therapy of functional disorders of III, IV,VI cranial nerves after the surgery in patients with cerebral arterial aneurysms and in patients with brain injury. Peculiarities of clinic presentation and patterns of oculomotor disorders rehabilitation were investigated in 152 patients. Complex differential approach of optimization of rehabilitation modalities is proposed which includes medical therapy and physiotherapeutic procedures. For the first time the method of ultrasonic therapy was used in complex therapy. It allows to improve substantially results of the therapy.
