The thesis is devoted to the analysis of influence of the localized nanoscale magnetic inhomogeneities on static and dynamic properties of mono- and poly- domain materials with uniaxial magnetic anisotropy. The new three-dimensional localized decision of the Landau-Lifshitz equation was received for easy-plane ferromagnet in the external magnetic field directed in the easy plane, utilizing the invariants of the higher order, than the standard exchange energy of ferromagnet includes. The addition to the magnetic moment of homogeneous easy-plane ferromagnet connected with magnetic inhomogeneities is calculated in the thesis. The interaction of the specified magnetic inhomogeneities among themselves and also with domain walls such as the Bloh and Neel walls is calculated. The spectrum of oscillations and collapse of domains of the complex lattice of cylindrical magnetic domains is received. The basic results can be used for designing of properties of nanostructured magnetic materials which include the loc alized nanoscale perturbations of the homogeneously magnetized state.
