Ferromagnetics with a complex one-ion anisotropy in an external magnetic field of arbitrary orientation, the presence of a biquadratic coupling and mechanical boundary conditions. To study the spectra of coupled magnetoelastic waves and phase states of a system. The research technique is the technique of Habbard operators. The spectra of magnetics under investigation are obtained. The phase diagrams are constructed. The conditions and mechanisms the quadruple phases appearing are defined. The results obtained will be used in the further researches.
