The dissertation is devoted to working out methods and ways of the control over technological complex of high-fructose sugar juices production. The structure of controlling system has been developed on the base of subtasks to optimize technological parameters, control over periodical regimes, and subsystems work coordination. The complex of quasi-static mathematical models of necessary accuracy that are appropriate for operative control has been obtained. The algorithms for optimization of technological parameters, control over periodical regimes, subsystems work coordination have been developed on the base of effective criteria of optimization. The worked out system is distributed micro-processing system of control built on the base of controllers, and integrated into a network for creating computer-integrated production.
