Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of principles, algorithms and programs for effective application of the offered method of virtual object in designing units and machine details. It is pointed out for the first in the present work the contradiction between modern computer means of the stress-strained state account of details, using the object symmetry for consequential reduction of preliminary works volume, and optimal designing, the aim of which would be the detals with a involved asymmetrical configuration more often. The virtual model of object keeping symmetry on greater part of designing total time is offered at the expense of adequate and convertible replacement of a configuration asymmetry by asymmetry of external loading or asymmetry of mechanical properties. Optimal construction of semitrailer beam and semitrailer suspension construction allowing to realize an optimum loading of its beam depending on service conditions have been created.
