Fe-, Co-based metal - metalloid system amorphous alloys. Physical regularities of structural state formation in Fe-, Co-based amorphous alloys caused by laser heating. X-ray structure, electrical resistance, magnetometric analyses, relaxation of mechanical intense, transition electron microscopy, modeling operation. Equipment: diffractometers ДРОН-3М, ДРОН-3; ВУП-5; transition - type electronic microscope ЭМ-200; PC PENTIUM. The effect of pulse laser treatment on to structure and crystallisation processes of metal-metalloid system amorphous alloys has been investigated. The peculiarities of structure and phase state forming during isothermal annealing and laser heating have been investigated. The increasing of temperature interval of stability in amorphous alloys after low-energy laser treatment has been determined. An application: manufacturing of amorphous products.
