Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the reseach of barothermal modification and synthesis of vanadium-phosphorus catalysts for selective butane oxidation to maleic anhydride. There were defined the substances-modificators and treatment conditions that lead to the improvement of catalyst properties of non-modificational samples. It was investigated interconnection of physical-chemical and catalytic properties. There is established that barothermal treatment of the V-P-Bi-O-catalysts allows to change its structure as well as surface morpfology. It was experimentally proved that there is an opportunity of barothermal regeneration of the deactivated research-industrial pattern due to carring out of phosphorus. There were received vanadium-phosphorus substances via barothermal synthesis. It was determinated phase contents and catalyst properties in butane and 1-butene oxidizing reactions.
