The dissertation devoted by question of production process automation of granular mineral fertilizers in fluidized bed. Developed a mathematical model out of circle of dehydration process and granulating in fluidized bed, adequacy verification of which was seen out on laboratory plant. In work the algorithm of parametrical identification of process granulating of solutions with internal recircle in the fluidized bed is received. Proposed algorithm of optimal control of dehydration process and granulating of solutions in fluidized bed . The developed algorithm of optimum control was included in structure by an automatic control system of process dehydration and granulating in fluidized bed, that provides effective work of granulator at to stabilization granulometric of content in layer without introduction of new granulating centres outside on concrete product.Key words: fluidized bed, dehydration, granulating, mathematical model, optimal control.
