Sojfer V. The Management Problems. The Metodological Basis.

The thesis is devoted to considering the questions of mechanisms in the base of managing phenomenon. There is: dynamic (strictly one-way) causal connection; b) probability-statistical causal connection; c) non-causal implicit ( or more correct, implicative-logical connection and dependence) in systems, to that utter degree of wholeness (it means final unseparability into elements and serts) is iherit. On the base on this dependence on types of determination and connection in systems one can choose following types of management: a) rigid type of management, b) the probable-statistic type of management, c) management on the base of implicative connections and dependencies. This type of management is the most flexible and perfect by its nature.
