The object of researches is alloys which are generated during the remelting nickel bearing secondary raw materials. The goal of researches is developing the technology of recycling of mentioned wastes. The theoretical methods of simulation based on the theory of the balanced thermodynamics of metallic alloys. The bench, semiindustrial and industrial experiments were carried out. As the results the precise definition of some aspects connected with oxidizing processes which carries out in the multicomponent alloys on the ferronickel base with a high content of the solid oxygen. The technology for obtaining of grain ferronickel master alloy in the arc steel smelting furnace with acid lining. This technology is unique for a native industry. It is used in the Konstantinovka's" plant "Vtormet".
