Under consideration is the issue of ecologacal-economical systems and their socio-cultural status. Based on the methodological analysis of economical,ecological, cultural,ethnological and historical data the concept of ecological-economical systems is modelled by analogy with natural ecosystems. The problem algorithm includes the classification of ecological and economical systems, the elaboration of system of basic principles and models of their usage, the elucidation of scientific and ideological fundamentals of ecological-economical sphere of action, its theory and practice.
