Dissertation is dedicated to problems of diagnostic the clinical, immunological, neurosonographical peculiarity of different stades of course intrauterina CMV infection in the newborns. In the work was given the evaluation of methods special laboratories diagnostic CMV infection, discovered changes of clinical, neurographical and immunological condition with different stages of her course. Defined groups of risk of burden course of disease and invalidization of patients intrauterina CMV infetion. There was given a mathematicl prognosis to the more probable issues of cytomegalia. There were proposed the diagnostic criteries and improved the clacification of intrauterina CMV infection at the newborns.
