Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the construction objects design taking noise into account. The technology of the acoustic functioning evaluation's software is developed. The bases of the noise sources' models and the bases of the models of the noise propagation in the real environment are created for this purpose. The new method of the noise cards construction is proposed, the criterion of the acoustic functioning' evaluation are selected. The technology of structure and parameters' synthesis of protective means of the construction objects taking noise into account is developed for the first time. The generalised model of the synthesis is developed. The division of generalised problem into the local problems of the structural and parametrical synthesis is proposed. The computer-aided technology of construction objects' design taking noise into account is developed.
