Essay

In work is developed theoretical bases of achievement of the maximal strength and minimal work of a shake shell alkali-silicate mixes with the additives of a clay and amorphous silica. The new alkaline-silicate mixtures in lieu of sand-resin mixture for shell casting developed on the basis of water alkali solutions and amorphous silica, in which binder synthesizes directly in form or core during their thermal drying. Strength of alkaline-silicate mixtures is 2,7-4,0 МPа.
