Tsylyuryk O. Hardware and software elements for technological mix production automation in construction

The dissertation is devoted to questions of development and research of computer aided control systems for preparation of a technological mix in construction. The original - potential method of Weight - code conversion is offered. The mathematical and imitating models of discrete acting weighting equipment and mixers are developed. Research of control dynamic of discrete acting weighting equipment is carried out. Optimum on speed, predicting algorithm for weighting equipment control with increased accuracy and exception of an opportunity of overrun is given. The adaptive control system of weighting is developed. The software package for control mixes preparation processes is developed. That package gives the opportunity to use the programs for units modeling together with the process control programs to construct an artificial reality, which could be used for research the features of control algorithms, software debugging and also for training the operators.
