Disertation is devoted to study on problems of preventive maintenance and treatment postoperative stricture of urethre at the patients with benign prostate hyperplasia. In an outcome of conducted researches the main reasons of formation stricture of urethre the ambassador transvesical prostatectomy and transurethral electroresection, at the patients with benign prostate hyperplasia are investigated. At elimination of these reasons at the patients of the given quota decreasing frequency of formation postoperative stricture of urethre is detected. At operating treatment of the patients, at which was already derivated postoperative stricture of urethre , most effective is the use a combination of methods urethrotomy and transurethral electroresection suture of fabrics.
