Thesis is devoted to analysis of the terms, causes and preconditions of National and Cultural Renaissance. There is the forward disposition of the activity of intelligentsia, who elaborated of the national program and Norway idea. Norway national idea was born as the idea of national culture. National program includes desire of the independence and own culture. The national program was successfully accomplished and Norway received it's independence in 1905 years.
