In the dissertation, strategy of personnel stimulation has been examined as a factor of enhancing the effectiveness of production. Domestic and foreign experiences have been generalized and a strategy of stimulating high-quality labor and a method of evaluating strategical objectives of developing the subject of economy has been designed. The organization-economic mechanism of stimulation of the personnel, and also complex of the methodical recommendations on its realization have been developed.
