Lys'kov V. Formation of an effective structure of sugar industry of Ukraine

Sugar industry of Ukraine. The aim of thesis is development of theoretical and methodical bases of formation of effective structure of a sugar industry of Ukraine, in view of prospects of development of sugar production and improvement of technological and raw bases, forming the internal and external markets of sugar, level of its competitiveness, rationalization of the interbranch economic relations. The methods were used in research: comparative - economic, economic - statistical, abstract - logic, structurally functional approaches, expert estimations etc. The conceptual fundamentalses and principles of creation of an effective structure of sugar industry of Ukraine are generated, the perspective web of sugar factories is work out. The main results of this research are displayed at conclusions and practical recommendations for forming a progressive structure of sugar production, improvement of the economic mechanism of mutual relations between the suppliers of beet and manufacturers of sugar, re gulation of the market of sugar both appropriate legislative and normative basis. The main theoretical and methodical thesises, conclusions obtained in this research are used by associations "Poltavasugar", "Kharkovsugar", and also Ministry of economy of Ukraine. The separate outcomes are used for preparation of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and realization of sugar", and also decrees of Government.
