Taranenko S. Protection of the rights and freedom of the citizens in production on business about administrative violations and their maintenance in activity of militia

On the basis of the off-the-shelf local law, and also practice of its applying the complex research of the idealized and legal fundamentals of protection of the rights and freedom of the citizens in production on business about administrative violations and their maintenance in activity of militia of Ukraine is carried out.The problems, bound with advancing of a system of the subjects of an administrative jurisdiction are parsed, where is determined, that the legal and justified applying of the norms of the local law about administrative violations is impossible without legible quantifying and structure of organs (officials) authorized to esteem business about administrative violations. That some of them have the right to impose penalties under administrative law, in particular penalties, the special urgency is gained by (with) a problem of optimisation both system of the indicated subjects, and their competence.
