3. The decompositions of semigroup wreath products are described. The construction of affine semigroup extension is defined. The analogue of Kaloujnine-Krasner theorem is obtained for affine extensions. The Clifford's method of transitive homomorphism system is generalized for description of arbitrary semilattices of semigroup union. The matrix decompositions of semigroup free products are nare described. The main types decompositions of free semigroups are described.
