Essay

Human and rat platelets suffering from insulin dependent diabetes mellitus. Tyrosine specific phosphorylation, activity of antioxidant enzyme activities, nicotinamide influence on platelet aggregation under diabetes. Determination of the enzyme activity, Western blotting, electrophoresis. It was shown increased phosphorylation on tyrosine, dynamics and mechanism of c-Src and p85a translocation into cytoskeleton of diabetic platelets. Nicotinamide administration normalizes diabetic platelet aggregation. Field of application - scientific institutions of medical and biological type.
