The industry high precision noise thermometer for the thermodynamic temperature measurement and the thermoresistor transducers at the object site verification problems creation is devoted this dissertation work. The noise thermometer transistent function is found by the stochastic processes theory mathematic equiations using. The useful signal probabilistic nature methodic error and the transformation channel instrumentation error are determined. Both the metodic error versus transformation time and versus the noise thermometer frequency band or versus the useful to uninformatic signals ration functions are received. The primary transducer resistor value, corresponding with the correlation amplifier input circles activity elements noise parameters , calculation methodology is considered. The secondary device designing chemothechnignes decisions are proposed, and the mathematical equiations for the true elements parameters values due to the desired transformation precision are found. The full measuremen t error components sources were declared and the possible it's decreasing ways are indicuted. The noise thermometer testing recomendation and the measurement results algorithmic correction methods are shown.
