Balance dynamic model of movement of the population and manpower for industrial regions of Ukraine. The division of the population and manpower on characteristic groups (7 groups) is proved. The structure of the closed dynamic system of movement of the population and manpower is developed and the choice of model as system of the differential equations describing chosen structure is proved. The method of account and adaptive correction of factors of model is developed at the end of each step of recalculations (month, quarter, half-year or year). The sensitivity of factors of model to external socio economic influences is determined. The estimation of stability of the closed system frequency by a method with use of Mikhajlov hodograf is made. The estimation of adequacy and accuracy of model is made. The approached method of identification of factors of model is developed, when it is not required to calculate and to adapt factors in each step. The administrative bodies of region can use model for the acco unting analysis of movement of the population and more complete use of a manpower.
