Varin V. Stable - functional osteosynthesis of metacarpal bones and phalanxes of fingers of a hand

The methods of the stable-functional ostheosynthesis are used. In condition of experiment durable characteristics of various kinds of an ostheosynthesis of tubular bones of a hands were studied in comparative aspect. It was experimentally proved, that the stability of fixing with miniplate and devices of a rod type of fractures of tubular bones of a hands more than in 3 times exceeds similar showings of traditional methods of ostheosynthesis with wires. The technology of ostheosynthesis with plate of tubular bones of a handswas developed at various kinds of injuries. The methods of the functional reabilitation of the injuries with fractures of tubular bones of a hands in conditions of application of the stable-functional ostheosynthesis were optimized
