The thesis is devoted to question of development of theoretical and technological bases of coverage creation for defense of metallic construction from their stinging by molten drips of electrode metal. The mathematical interaction model of investigated processes, which is joint into computer computation systems and prognostication, was created. Offered basic criterions to properties of sheetings. Developed quantitative estimation methods of welding-technological properties of hire effective sheeting, that develops. Developed storage, making technology and blowing in coverage on base of unconventional materials, which contain a carbon. Fixed optimum components correlation in coverage, which provides 100% defense of basic metal. Attached to coverage components choice priority gave up to raw Ukraine resources. Application of developed storage of sheeting attached to welding low-carbon and low alloyed steels gave a possibility on 20-25 % to lower labour input of manufacturing of items, to raise a generalpr oduction culture
