Essay

It was examined thyroid state investigation of 50 patients with chronic traumatic osteomyelitis with different duration and severity of the desease. It has been found that development and course of chronic traumatic osteomyelitis takes place against background of significant breaking of thyroid function of thyroid gland. It has been made know and morphometrically proved hypofunctional state of thyroid gland during the purulant-necromatis process development. It has been elaborated the scheme of thriiodothyronine's application. It has been show its clinical effectivity.
