Essay

The work is devoted to further development of x-ray dynamical diffraction theory in a elastically bent perfect crystal when deformation gradients is enough large. Using dispersion analysis, the physical mechanism of decreasing of integral intensity with the strengthening of asymmetrical diffraction conditions was explained in the case of Laue diffraction. This phenomenon, which takes place at sufficiently strong deformations, was named by "smoothing" of deformation. Using the Takagi-Taupin equations the new set of differential equations describing x-ray interbranch scattering was obtained for elastically bent crystal. In the case of a strongly bent crystal the analytical expressions for amplitudes of transmitted and diffracted waves were obtained. The received results have fundamental importance for creation of the new researches methods, which would be effective for x-ray diagnostics of real crystals in a wide range of value of the deformation gradient.
