Essay

The objects of research are ferroelectric crystals. The purpose of research is investigation of ferroelastoelectric and ferrobielastic properties of ferroelectric crystals. The methods of research are: symmetrical and group - theoretical analysis, thermodynamic, dielectric and optical methods. The apparatus: electronic oscilloscope C1 - 65, digital voltmeter B7 - 27 A/1, polarization microscope MIN - 8. For the first time theoretically and experimentally confirmed presence of second - order ferroic properties in ferroelectrics. The results of research can be used in further examinations of second - order ferroic properties of ferroelectric materials and for development of new control modes of their domain structure and properties. The sphere of use are physics, functional electronics.
