3. Subject of inquiry - the rat spleen lymphocytes. The aim of the investigation is the study of functioning of receptor tyrosine protein kinase's system in control conditions and under the influence of X-ray radiation in doses of 0.5 and 1 Gy. Techniques - immune affinity chromatography, gel-electrophoresis, autoradiografy. Equipment - scintillation counter, microscope. It has been determined a partial reduction of EGF stimulating action on its receptor Tyrosine kinase activity in conditions of irradiation, that is accompanied by alteration in ATP-enzyme association. The established intensification of enzyme autophosphorylation is caused by disbalance in receptor tyrosine phosphatase system. Cytosol cAMP-dependent Protein kinase participates in radio-induced signal transduction pathways through EGF and its receptor.
