Marchenko A. Morphological particularities of incisors under fluorosis in aspect of their odontogliphition.

Central incisors of upper jaw and biological liquids of 10-14 years schoolboys of Poltava region were explored for the reason of studying morphogenesis of initial forms of fluorosis from the point of view of modern anthropoodontological positions. Anthropological, odontoglyphical, odontometrical, hystotopographical, hystochemical and biochemical methods of study were used. Noneven development of parts of the crown depending on the individual form was determined. The process of secondary and tertiary mineralization of the enamel in different areas is denominated non egually. Clinicaly confirmed that specified localization of feebly mineralized areas of enamel influences upon morphogenesis of initial forms of fluorosis. Being aware of feebly mineralized incisor areas with the different forms of crowns and odontoglyphic of surfaces it is possible to direct preventive and curative actions. Results of the work are introduced in to the educational process of Anatomy chair, pathological anatomy chair, childr en stomatology chair, in to the work of the pathohystological lab of the regional pathoanatomical agency of Poltava, Therapeutic department of PRSP.
