Objects of research: industrial enterprises; the purpose of research: theoretical grounds and development methodic recomendations as to the improvement of the strategic management mechanism of the production processes and sale, methods of research and apparatus: method of comparison, mormalization logic generalization, analysis and synthesis, system approach, economic mathematic modeling; theoretical and practical results: decisive influence on the side of the structural renewig of the nomenclature is evaluated, influence assortment on the production values, developed methodic recomendations as for sale forecasting at the consumer goods markets on the ground of research of the changes in the consumer priorities, the model of optimization of the productional structure taking into consideration of marginal approach is developed, the methodic recommendation also the productional processes are developed under the barter operations and the deficit of the circulating capital, the recommendations as to the e hterprise freedom in the choice of the methods of puting down amortization for intensive production wlile accelerating self- isvestment processes have been de ve loped; Practical value of obtained results is as follows: itis grounded in the thesis theoretical provisions and developments, methodic recommendaion are directed to the improvement of the decision making mechanism, connected with production and sales; the subject and the degree of introduction the developments are used at the enterprises: CJSC "Kharkiv Biscuit", JSC "Electromashina"; JS "Gidroprivod", JS "Tinjakov Shveinaja Fabrika", JSC "Kharkiv plastic faclory"; sphere of use: industrial enterprises, educational process.
