Essay

The dissertation is devoted to scientific researches connected with creation of informative-measuring systems based on the computerized tomography principals and oriented on use of products ultrasonic diagnostics. Main pricipals of development of computerized tomography algorithms for ultrasonic testing have been formulated, wich provide possibilities of it’s as applied realization and fulfilling such requirements to automatic facilities universality to product shape and productivity. Algorithms, wich provide in ultrasonic defectoscopy increase of weak contrast defects sensibility of revealing and quality of classification, and reconstruction algorithms of the spatial distribution of the material scalar and tensor physico-mechanical characteristics in product volume have been developed. Set of ultrasonic tomographic systems for material researches and industrial application have been created.
