Essay

Aim of the thesis is a creation of an asynchronous motor - ventilator, regulated by voltage, with a wide range of working slip for the systems of temperature autocontrol of a diesel engine of locomotive with the purpose of lowering expenditures of energy on a drive of ventilators of a refrigerator and increasing reliability of the locomotive diesel engine. The investigations were carried out with the use of differential and integrable equations theory, methods of numerical and Fourier analysis. The optimum sizes of parameters of a construction of a rotor for reduction of average operation power consumption by a drive of ventilators are found. The account of adjusting and power performances of a motor - ventilator is carried out at a sine wave supply voltage under control of the thyristor converter of voltage. The construction of an asynchronous motor - ventilator with copper rods and ferromagnetic end rings is offered. Motors - ventilators with the power of 24, 55 kWt are created and introduced into op eration the fuel saving of locomotive 2ТE116 is defined by the way of calculation. The results of the research can be used in an electric engineering industry in designing asynchronous electric motors with regulation of rotational speed by a voltage variation on a stator winding.
