Object of investigations: The adsorbed films of rare-earth elements and oxygen on the tungsten and molybdenum crystal faces. Aim of investigation: Clearing up of character of interaction of adsorbed atoms in mixed films and its influence to the electronic - adsorption performances of metal-film systems. Methods: Low energie electron diffraction, Auger electron spectroscopy, work function changes measurement. Results: The role of substrate and electronical structure of adatoms in formation of adsorbtion system properties have been established. Introduction: The results will be utillized during searching for and development of effective emitters of electrons The results are used in the course of searchingfor and elaboration of the lasers and scintillators. Application: Microelectronics, nanotechnologies, catalysis.
