The process of double-side grinding. A raise of an exactiitude of grinding of cylindrical detailses, unrotative during handlin, at the experense of rational profiling of an oriented circle in view of its flowing wear and thermal stress of the process. Methods of research - mathematical modeling, system approarch and natural experiments. The used equipment - mockup samples of the COMPUTER. Teoretical outcomes - technique of account of a geometric exactitude of end faces of cylindrical detailses of the various form, in view of the flowing profile of a grinding circle. Practical outcomes - algorthms and programs of account of the profile of a circle, geometric exactitude of end faces of treated detailses and upgraded machine tool of a model 3342 ADO. Novelty - in the registration of the flowing profile of a circle at the definition of an exactitude. The outcomes are introduced on "Chernigovautodetails" and as are used in the educational process at the Chernigov State Technological University. The obtained outcomes allow to rase an exactitude of handling of end faces of cylindrical detailses. Use - handling of end of cylinrical detailses of the various form on grinding machine tools of machine-building derection.
