Essay

It was established that during 10-days development after birth of pigs the essential changes of activity and isoenzymic spectra of enzymes and in the velocity of ion transport against the concentration gradient through membranes of erythroid line cells. Рrocess of postnatal adaptation is accompanied by the intensification of proteolytic enzymes synthesis and by the increase of concentration the main hemoglobin fraction and by the decrease of microfractions of the hemoprotein. Simultaneously the great changes of the main integral and peripheral proteins of red blood cells membranes of piglets during the neonatal period were shown. It was shown that high doses of cortisol injection promote the decrease the activity of energetic metabolism enzymes, change their isoenzymic spectra and the transport processes in the cell. The changes of contents in hemoglobin fractions and concentration of the main protein components in the membranes of red blood cells were established.
