Essay

The thesis is devotes to a new case study - instrumental materials' hydrogen wear research. Scientific regularities, friction and wear processes mechanisms in the hydrogen medium are determined in the study, on the basis of what the technological techniques of tool wear resistance increase, the mechanical processing productivity and constructional materials workability improvement by means of physical-chemical and mechano-physical situation change in the friction-cutting zone succeeded to be developed. The instrumental materials' working capacity estimation was carried out. Physical-chemical model of hydrogen-diffusive mechanical processing was developed. The instrumental materials' working capacity estimation was carried out.
