Essay

True mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) and its viruses were objects of the study. Research on the distribution and perniciousness of viral mushroom illnesses in both natural biocenosis and manufacture surroundings. Methods used: examination of mushrooms, electron microscopy, serology. Equipment used: microscopes, autoclaves, spectrophotometers. Viruses' morphology, antigene abilities, distribution have been studied. Recommendations for non-viral mushroom cultivation have been elaborated. The economic effectivity of mushroom cultivation was shown. Field of application ecology, virology mycology, mushroom science.
