Gorishnyj I. Clinicо - pathogenetical substantiation of complex therapy chronical pyelonephritis with attendant pathology gastroduodenal zone in children.

The work presents the results of clinico-laboratory observations as for peculiarities of chronic pyelonephritis and gastroduodenal zone pathology in children accompanied by endotoxicosis. The investigation revealed the endogenic intoxication syndrome, immunodeficiensy associated with decreasing of common number and functional activity of T-cells, increasing number of nondiferenciated- cells and B-cells, immunoregulatory cells level dysbalance, changes in immunoglobuline spectrum, increasing lipoperoxidation intensity, which is supported by increasing of malonic dialdegide concentration, disbalanced antioxidant system responce on lipid peroxydation activation, with appeared by decreasing of intracellular and increasing of extracellular ferments activity. Complex treatment of children with accompanied pathology of urinary organs and digestive system was improved by using of enterosorbent "Syllard P" which enabled to shorten the patients' stay at the inpatients department, to improve the course of main pa thology.
