Hydrological and hydrochemical regimes in areas of middle and lower Dniester are described. Basic laws and influence nature of different engineering buildings and arrangements in riverbed on hydrological and hydrochemical characteristics of a stream are established. Research methods include model experiments, statistic and spatio-temporal generalization of data. Researches of speed and turbidity fields are grounded in the wide frequency range. A quality and quantity appraisals of influence of river-bed-straighten buildings and riverbed sandpits quarries on cinematic stream structure as well as of transport of suspended and bottom sediments are given. Regularity of hydrochemical regime changing in presence of engineering buildings and of processes of bearing-out of chemical elements from silt into river water in region of Odessa water intake are found. The results may be used by scientific subdivisions of Ukraine "Gosvodhos" and Ministry of ecology and monitoring of environment.
