There were picked out the leading risk factors of perinatal pathology investigated the perculiarities of biophysical fetus activity in premature deliveries. With the use of clinico-ststistical, electrophysiological and morphoifunctional of the row of medical-prophylactic measures in conducting premature deliveries in young women. It was estimated, that prophylaxis and correction of anomalies of contractive activity of uterine - in premature deliveries in juvenile women by way of application of curantil and realization of uterine electrorelaxation, ensuring of pharmacological hypobiosis of premature fetus with the help of neuroleptic "aminasine" ensures the lowering of perinatal illness and mortality. In the work there were elaborated the main principles of technology of birth stimulation and assistanse - to young women in premature deliveries.
